i have low priority queue 20 min and every time when i am at 10 minutes it rest

HalcyonDweller3 votesI don't know for certain how the low priority queue works, because I've not experienced it myself, but I can imagine it is possible that you are expected to sit there through the whole thing. Doing other activities or being AFK for the duration of it kind of defeats the purpose of it being a punishment.
That said, this does seem like a bug. I suggest you submit a support ticket. They might be able to help you.
