I find it funny when people who are the ones that arent the true toxic or troll players, which are generally most of the people that get punished, and then the actual toxic and troll players get away with pretty much murdering a human being...

i just recently somehow got a 14 day ban, due to this faulty report system that isnt even monitored anymore, literally it's based on how many times you get reported now... which is extremely toxic in itself, a system that isnt even monitored (and you know how you know it isnt monitored, because right after the players reported me the client just closed with a message, so i can 100% assure you that not 1 Riot employee or department for this type of thing, if there even is a department for it, looks at these reports or anything before their automated system just dishes out a ban of any sort) and goes off of only how many reports get thrown on your account... so if i just sit there spam reporting everyone in everyone of my games, same for everyone, eventually players get banned no matter what, even if they did nothing wrong

another thing, im honestly sick and tired of people just talking trash and saying "you have autism" or "you're autistic" when literally 99% of these kids that say that have no god damn clue what autism is... it's frankly sickening that these kids get away with things like that, when i get punished for saying "report this troll" etc etc, why does Riot allow these scumbags to constantly call others a term, especially when they dont even know the meaning, that is something that needs awareness in the world... Riot seriously needs to stop this nonsense of these kids just spitting out "autism" or "autistic" stuff because it is honestly messed up and some people ACTUALLY have it, and like i said 99% of the people that say this crap, dont even know what the disorder is or the meaning of it...

I honestly very rarely even find myself playing this game as bad as the community is, and how many players are in the wrong ranks... easily 90% of the players in platinum-challenger, need to be deranked, and i literally play for ONE DAY from not playing for a couple of weeks and i get a 14 day ban... no chat ban, no 24 hour ban, no 3 day ban, no 7 day ban... A 14 DAY BAN, due to a faulty system that isnt monitored.

You're right, the system is automated. But the system is built around throwing out false reports, and it's very good at it. Manual review is not necessary for the vast majority of cases. If you get falsely punished you can request your case be reviewed through a Support Ticket. If it was an error, they will remove it.

Punishment tiers are as follows;

  • 10 game chat restriction
  • 25 game chat restriction
  • 14 day account ban
  • Permanent account ban

You will only skip punishment tiers due to severe toxic behavior, usually the use of hate speech or death threats, but otherwise it goes in order and takes 3 months for your tier to drop 1 step. Could you post your reform card?

Fun fact, if someone flames you then you can report them and they can get a chat restriction or ban.

However, if someone flames you and you starting flaming them back then they or anyone else in the game that sees that chat can report you and you can also get chat restricted or banned since you're both in the wrong.
