Riots "tribunal" isn't a functional system.

Upon entering a game on my smurf account (this on here), we had an autolock top udyr who stole the lane of our lissandra. I wasn't duo'd with her or anything, but we had no support, and liss had already called and locked for top before this guy just locks in and says "I don't care it's a level 6 game". He has this attitude pretty much the entirety of champ select, and we get into game. I let him know I'm going to report him for it, and I ask others to as well. Bannable offense or not, it's annoying for everyone involved. Our Lissandra is forced to roam around trying to pick up assists because udyr won't let her cs. He gets all upset at me for saying I'm going to report him, and he starts lying to the enemy team saying I am being toxic and using very hurtful words. He even starts intentionally feeding, even admitting to it in our team's chat. Again he continues with his "it's low levels and it doesnt matter" shtick before I get fed up. The worst thing I called him was a "dumbass" and that was just once. But upon exiting the game, I get reported (presumable by the enemy team as well), and I immediately get a 2 week ban.

I shouldn't have to explain why this is stupid. The autolocking, trash talking, intentional feeder gets away clean, and the person calling him out for his bull gets a 2 week ban? I am asking as nicely as I can for something to be done, not only about this broken ban system, but for my account back. I await your feedback.
