Fix team banning

Who sick of team mates banning your champ , putting players in bad state of mind right of the gate. forcing uncomfortable team play. this game has to many trolls and toxic players. all im saying it would be nice if riot would make it were your team cant ban your declared champ. be one least thing to piss players off in a game full of bi-polar internet warriors. I more on the line of changing the banning system in normals. perhaps a system of a team vote when trying to ban a teammate champ. since what the point of declaring a champ just so it gets ban from friendly fire.
