I haven't really played in a while. I played like two weeks ago in a bot game to try to get back into the game but it's difficult for me to without people to play with so before two weeks ago I wanna say I hadn't played in over a year.
So I apparently did something but I am just wondering what I could have possibly done in that one bot game?
Edit: Not that it matters I would think but technically my last online match was last November so technically not a year ago.

The year of your ban date is actually a code that Riot uses for the reason of your ban. If I'm not mistaken, the year 2100 is used for a compromise in account security. My guess is that Riot likely banned the account due to suspicious log-in activity that may not have been you, but I could be wrong.
As you have already done, opening a support ticket is definitely the best course of action for this, and hopefully talking with Player Support will help you secure your account back.

Didn't they email you or something? They never said what you're suspended for?
Thats a permaban until year 2100 this is 2016 so if you live a realllllly long time you will be able to play that acc again. Open a ticket is your best bet for more info but unlikelybto reverse the ban
