Anyone else think it's kinda funny how incredibly angry people get over this game?

I just played a normal game as Yasuo.

The enemy Master Yi attempts to gank me about 3 times, all unsuccessfully, which results in me snowballing off of his deaths.

He then erupts in infernal rage about how I'm only Gold 5, letting me know repeatedly that he is a Diamond 1 smurf.

Any response I attempted to formulate resulted in him just telling me that I'm trash that took 110 games to get to gold and how it only took him 20 to get to Diamond, while simultaneously calling me a "kid" a minimum of 15 times.

After all this, he proceeded to insult me about my personal life, implying that because I beat him in a video game that I must be a pathetic virgin loser.

In post game while I was reporting this absolute madman, he proceeded to call me a "typical Yasuo player" and instantly leave, only to spam me with friend requests for the following 15 minutes so he could trash talk me more.

Can someone tell me why people like this aren't permabanned instantly, or?

EDIT: I thought it was hilarious also that he looked me up on LolKing right as he died to me the 3rd time. priceless

Tbh, if he calls you a virgin, he probably is one himself. I doubt he's older than 15/16. It seems like a superiority complex, shit talking and acting superior because he has inner feelings of failure and disappointment.

There used to be a time when you'd trash-talk these people back. Now everyone gets personally offended and begs Riot to ban everyone who dares start an argument via many, many reports.

I assume you are not a child, and know that there is a "mute" button that can be accessed by hitting tab in game.
