Flamers Every Game?

Is it just me or is league becoming really really toxic??? I have been playing since season 4 and in the past you would encounter a troll maybe once every 4-7 games but it was never really that big of a deal. Now almost every game without fail at least one person on one of the teams appears to be trolling or flaming someone. To make matters worse, its often started like 5 minutes into the game after a failed gank and then the gg chants and back and forth cursing begin until someone afks....

Riot stats show 5% people get 10 game chat restricted.

That is 1 person in every 2 games (there are 10 people in a match), or if you count your matches only. 1 in 4 games.

1 in 2 games isn't too far off from what you are seeing.

It seems random to me, the last 2 games I played everyone was pretty cool except 1 who was almost on the verge of flaming. But I've had days where I have 5 games in a row with flamers in every game, usually for no reason (flaming before the game even starts, and until the game ends)
