So I was put in the lower priority queue after accidentally leaving one game due to a computer malfunction. When i read the notification telling me of this, it told me that players who consonantly leave are put into this. So why did I get punished for my 1st mistake?
You do not get low priority queue for leaving 1 game. The game you left was simply the final straw the triggered the punishment. It is possible that there was a bug I guess. But the first leave on each account should get a warning message that makes you type in "I Agree". So it should be AT LEAST 2 leaves, but really I don't think I have heard of anyone getting punished for less than 3 leaves.
