My account got hacked for 1 weeks ago and at that day i opened a ticket at riots support site and i proved my ownership of the account without any problem today when ilog in to my account it's says 'your account has been locked to protect it further suspicious activity' i don't understand the reason for locking my account so i started a chat a support agent(and from here the nighmares start ) he asked so many questions(even personal questions) i answered them all but when he asked my abouta objects refunded with les tokens i answered him gently: all i khnow that i refunded champions but i don't remember their names (i created my account in 2010 how i supposed to khnow their names ) by the way i think proving ownership by refunds tokens is useless. Anyway, this unkind agent support refused to unlock my account for no reason and ended the chat with me without explaining anything Riot, you are full of disappointment! This is just ridiculous! Your game is not worth to play anymore.... uninstalled.... such unkind suppord agend ended up my 8 years carrear by baning me from accessing to my personal account This text is written poorly for the fact i'm stressed as hell and all i want is that i can go back to play again...

So, your account was hacked and you went to Riot to get ownership back.

However, you couldn't prove yourself the owner of the account.

In that case it's pretty standard to not give you the account. I mean, if someone hacked you and Riot locked it down, presumably the hacker would just go to support and get it back, unless there something stopping him.

Honestly, this is just a tough situation for them. Riot support is actually Top-tier, and its NEVER failed me once. Keep at it and it should work out, I got a hacked account back once.

Well, their job at that point is to make sure you aren't the hacker. I've never been in your situation, so I'm not sure what sort of hurdles you failed to jump in proving that you are the original owner, but it seems logical that you'd need to put in some work to recover your account.

You're not banned. Do some digging into your bank and email records from when you created the account, and then open a new ticket armed with more proof.

Your best bet is to try to talk to another support agent who will actually help you, tell him everything you know about your acc and he might unlock your acc
