Riot support is the worst thing on the planet

My account got hacked for 1 weeks ago and at that day i opened a ticket at riots support site and i proved my ownership of the account without any problem today when ilog in to my account it's says 'your account has been locked to protect it further suspicious activity' i don't understand the reason for locking my account so i started a chat a support agent(and from here the nighmares start ) he asked so many questions(even personal questions) i answered them all but when he asked my abouta objects refunded with les tokens i answered him gently: all i khnow that i refunded champions but i don't remember their names (i created my account in 2010 how i supposed to khnow their names ) by the way i think proving ownership by refunds tokens is useless. Anyway, this unkind agent support refused to unlock my account for no reason and ended the chat with me without explaining anything Riot, you are full of disappointment! This is just ridiculous! Your game is not worth to play anymore.... uninstalled.... such unkind suppord agend ended up my 8 years carrear by baning me from accessing to my personal account This text is written poorly for the fact i'm stressed as hell and all i want is that i can go back to play again...

So, your account was hacked and you went to Riot to get ownership back.

However, you couldn't prove yourself the owner of the account.

In that case it's pretty standard to not give you the account. I mean, if someone hacked you and Riot locked it down, presumably the hacker would just go to support and get it back, unless there something stopping him.

But he said he already proved the ownership of his account, but he got locked again, and couldn't remember champs which he refunded 8 years ago. Riot support agent was in the wrong here.

This could happen for a number of reasons. One of which may be a support agent having a case verified by their leader/auditor/whoever and more information was discovered that caused them to reverse the decision. For example, whereas someone may answer questions correctly and a cursory glance appears to show them as the account owner, a deeper investigation may show the account having been purchased/transferred back and forth - which would lead to a suspension on it for account sharing/trading.

There are perfectly legitimate reasons why an account may be recovered but later it be determined that either the original recovery was in error or a new lock is needed.

i have access to the e-mail associated to the account , creation date of the account and the place why you keep thinking i am not the original owner

Those three things are not enough to prove ownership. Having access to the original email (not the current one) would help, as would knowing the personal (non-public) information. Unfortunately, only knowing the creation date and place is not going to get you the account back. Those two things are the most common provided information when buying an account from someone else - and Riot knows this hence why they ask information that can definitively determine whether you've created the account or not.

You don't even have to answer every question, and you don't have to get all your answers right. If you make an effort and you originally created your account, you'll get it back easily. I've had to recover this account twice - both times because it looked suspicious I logged in from 6+ places in one day (home, airport, plane wifi, another airport, another plane wifi, destination, etc). Both times I got the account back within 24 hours after submitting the info (and I don't even remember hardly any of it).

Honestly, this is just a tough situation for them. Riot support is actually Top-tier, and its NEVER failed me once. Keep at it and it should work out, I got a hacked account back once.

Well, their job at that point is to make sure you aren't the hacker. I've never been in your situation, so I'm not sure what sort of hurdles you failed to jump in proving that you are the original owner, but it seems logical that you'd need to put in some work to recover your account.

You're not banned. Do some digging into your bank and email records from when you created the account, and then open a new ticket armed with more proof.

He said he couldn't remeber which champs he refunded, which was back in 2010. so ofc he can't remember. And I don't think he cant find information about that.

So, find something else. Riot employees are people making judgment calls, not computer programs. I'm sure OP can find a way to demonstrate he is who he says he is. Being able to comfortably talk about other points in his account history should be just as valuable as proof as specifically refunds in 2010, but they're not going to spoon-feed that kind of advice to a potential hacker. Alternatively, I'd guess than providing evidence that the card he was using to purchase any RP in 2010 is under his name would do the trick.

i changed the password and recovered the account but after 1 week Riot locked my account how can i recover the account if i were the hacker ( i have access to the email/date of creation .... )

Your best bet is to try to talk to another support agent who will actually help you, tell him everything you know about your acc and he might unlock your acc

That's reserved for war, most Australian insects, and that feeling when you lean too far back in your chair and you start to tip over.
