Account Perm Banned

It's been about over a year I say that my account has been permanently banned due to toxic behavior. I have changed a lot since than and I was wondering maybe I could have a fresh start. This is my first league account and also harbors the most memories for me. Realizing that has made me genuinely regret what I have done in the past to put me in the predicament I'm in now. Is there anyway I can have a second chance? I really love this account and thinks the 1 year suspension has made me improve my attitude.

well truth is they dont rly care...i got ban and chat logs weren't even offensive,i gave some advices which is offensive in riot eyes
