Account Perm Banned

It's been about over a year I say that my account has been permanently banned due to toxic behavior. I have changed a lot since than and I was wondering maybe I could have a fresh start. This is my first league account and also harbors the most memories for me. Realizing that has made me genuinely regret what I have done in the past to put me in the predicament I'm in now. Is there anyway I can have a second chance? I really love this account and thinks the 1 year suspension has made me improve my attitude.
