Top plays/Compliment system

I think we can all agree league of legends can be a very toxic place sometimes. I had an idea that a compliment/top plays of the game system could encourage people to compliment each others playing styles. When a game ends it would be cool if you have to vote for the best plays of the game from a selection of highlights (cant vote for your own). You are notified when someone votes for one of your plays & their name is shown. Just a thought lol
