Is there no way to view a history of punishments / "reforms" / "time-til-next-reform" on the history of my account? It sure seems as though this information would be easy to provide the end user, what with the entire IFS system being automated and all.
I think Riot's hesitant to be forthcoming with that information, since some people will inevitably read it as "You're free to flame again without fear of serious repercussions", or similar.

If I get even chat restricted 5 years ago (or some random years), I'd still remember I received it even if I cant recall exactly when.
It's an upsetting event most people tend not to forget. If you make a habit of continuously getting punished over multiple accounts, then I can see forgetting your punishment history is a thing.
As for where your "reformed" toxic meter go, I can see the reason Rito will not give it to you so people won't try to play with the meter and be as toxic as they want until they are near that punishment line.
You can submit a support ticket to ask about the dates of previous punishments on the account.
They won't tell you when your punishment tier decreases or when you're nearing the next punishment for the reasons zPOOPz and Jo0o mentioned.
No they don't give people a gauge of how toxic they can be till their next punishment.
no. leaving that up and open to the public, will make it easy to abuse it. I can assure you, a week after this would be available, there would be a website called: lol-punishment-estimator.com or so, and you'd enter your reports/punishments, and it will calculate and estimate how many times it would take until you get your next chat restriction and/or ban.
so no, I would not like that to be information easily obtainable.
