Reporting a Player if Client Freezes in Post Game Lobby?

Was a big issue a few months ago, people have found ways to shut down match servers causing mass DCs usually in an attempt to dodge a loss. My guess is their back at it again, this has happened to me in multiple games recently where someone was obviously toxic or cheating. Yet I'm not allowed to report them as I can't get into the post game lobby.

Familiar with a similar issue from another game. Have found however that you can report a player post-game if needed if you go through the labyrinth of Support Desk. They really should add another pulldown for reporting players post-game though.

Was thinking that the original poster could be suffering from the game dropping caused by a bad/weak connection to the internet. (I found that I didn't get to the post-game screen when I was using a wireless connection.)
