and after i left 1 game (you know something popout)
i got to wait 20 min!
why its not reset? after 4 months and a new seson

Leaverbuster does reset, but it's over games played, not time.
Try to leave less than 1/250 games to avoid penalties.
Leaverbuster never resets. You have to play those low priority que games to get rid of it.
LeaverBuster requires that you play five games to their end in Low Priority Queue to be rid of it. You can't just leave for months on end and expect that it'll be gone by the time you come back.
As others have mentioned, Leavebuster is based on games played NOT time. While occasionally this can be frustrating for a player such as yourself who left for a long period of time, overall this is better for more as 5 games will go by quickly. For most Leavebuster is a rather short inconvenience rather then a long term punishment.
