Extend mutes to post game chat.

When it comes to dealing with toxic players, riot's advice is to mute them, but what is the point if I am just going to get flamed after the match ends. Why are toxic players allowed a second platform to continue being terrible? It openly encourages players to just continue to be bad and build up all their toxicity and spew it at you after the game. If I mute someone it is because they are being a terrible person, and I dont want to deal with their childish temper tantrum ever. I do not understand allowing them to speak to me post game chat after I have muted them. I just want to report them and hopefully never deal with them ever again.

No point. You can just leave the post game lobby.

Then report them and leave the chat immediately?
