Leveling up a new account is the worst experience to go through

Here are several reasons:

-Every game while leveling up is a challenge in chat. People are non-stop flaming, even if you're winning.

-Everyone claims to be a smurf, even though they have 42 cs by 25 minutes.

-You can't stray from the meta (like taking smite as a top laner) without getting flammed or trolled.

-Draft pick takes nearly 10 minutes for a queue to pop so you HAVE to play blind and hope to be able to call the role you want in time.

-If people don't like what you're doing, they will go to extremes to make you have a bad time, like going to your lane and feeding intentionally or stealing your farm while not saying anything in chat that is report worthy.

In one of my recent games, I played shyv jungle and had a Caitlyn follow me through my jungle because i didn't gank bot in the first 5 minutes, she took every minion she could right from under me that I couldn't smite. She followed me for over 10 minutes. I retaliated saying, "F*** off", "get the F*** out of my jungle" and "you're trash" (exact quotes straight from the chat log when I log in). I understand that's wrong of me, but that player was purposefully trying to upset me. She was duo with the Yasuo top laner on my team and they told me after my first comment that they are going to report me and I'm going to get banned. They were right, I have a chat restriction now. And I'm not trying to dispute that. But that person added me after the ban hammer hit me and told me they did it on purpose to try to make me say something that they could report me for, since she got a notification that I was banned.

How can a game like this allow such toxic behavior to happen in the actual game. But, when i retaliate in chat, I get a ban? Am I to just accept they're behavior as normal and let them do it? Do I, myself, turn to such awful displays of disapproval by taking their farm, exp, and feeding the enemy laner to show my dissatisfaction for their performance, because it WILL go unpunished?

I am debating on ever playing on this account again. I feel sorry for every new player and can't imagine the pain they have to endure to reach level 30.

I feel you, leveling a new account is harsh for new players. sub level 30 games really just amount to which team has higher level smurfs. It is a nightmare for new players. They have no chance to learn anything from those games. Then the worst part is when you try to advice an obviously new player they flame you. Told my jungler- hey next time it will help to not use smite on your first camp. I got instantly flamed.. I am just trying to use the sub lvl 30 games to try and learn something more from the game. Get better at trading, increase my 15 min cs, look at map more, better warding- I think that is the best you can do in those games to make it worth while for yourself

Gotta be honest, when I'm smurfing to help friends who are new to the game, CSing is harder. You're used to having runes and it makes a hair of a difference and it's the difference between getting CS and wanting to faceplant on your keyboard.

You ask how they allow flaming to happen. Then you admit to being punished for behaving poorly.

Do you see the disconnect there? Your saying they're doing nothing, but then you saw first-hand that they punish it.

you forgot the people flaming smurfs for smurfing

the amount of intentional feeders that very annoying level between 7-15 where some players have smite and some don't so... you'll get one team with 2 tops, and then at lvl 15ish.. when you claim you don't have smite the top laner will flame you if you go to their lane (i like to say, ???? but beginner bots do double top laners?)

the amount of new players that afk because the games(opponents) too hard and people are flaming the amount of smurfs afking because they got beat by a better smurf or they think their team sucks

welcome to prisoners island :) where 80% of perma banned players go. the other 19.6346743634536% buy a new acc and the rest actually quit the game.
