Permanently suspended from league of legends

Getting suspended for toxic "manners". Why is an online game so strict about this matter. It's surrealistic. And why is it surrealistic? How come that an online game try to act accordingly to a nation. And the penalty I am given according from my actions is not equivalent. And how come that other players don't get a proper penalty from the way they play. I am trying to win my lane and then this players comes along with no concussion in the word about how he plays. But I am fine with that how ever sometimes I get an improper language. And why is that I have to keep playing after that my adc died 5 times from the enemy adc and at this point I judge my team mates skills and I will come to the conclusion that we can not win but my team insists that they can win and this often when the enemy team is ahead with 5 to 10 kills. But I am fine with that but sometimes, guess what? I will get an improper language.

And I am sorry if my actions hurt anybody.

But why should I get permanently suspended for this? And honestly I did not knew that if i repeat this choice of action that I would get this penalty. [slayer-jinx-unamused]

This post sure gave me a concussion. Look man, the bottom line is the game has rules. If you don't follow the rules, you get penalized up to and including being permanently banned. Someone else's actions don't mean you get to break the rules. Being good at the game doesn't mean you get to break the rules.

And honestly I did not knew that if i repeat this choice of action that I would get this penalty.

Your 14-day suspension, whenever it occurred, clearly spelled out what would happen next time.

If you had received a 14-day ban in the past part of the message you receive talks about the possibility of a perma-ban if you continue to behave poorly.

That is why you read the Terms of Use before you agree to them.

I'm going to assume that you've had a 14 day ban And on the report card it CLEARLY says that the next offence will lead to a permanent suspension

So you know, rules are rules and you agreed to them when you made your account

I think it's perfectly reasonable to ban people from games for consistently poor behavior. Times are changing, and more and more people are getting the wake-up call that anonymity =/= immunity to punishments for poor behavior, and thankfully more and more companies are cracking down on toxicity in their products. If someone can't be bothered to behave in a mature and reasonable fashion despite being given multiple chances to do so then why shouldn't they be banned from playing again? The line has to be drawn somewhere, even if some people wish that it wouldn't be.

EDIT: To quote Umbral Regent:

If you got your main account permanently banned, the only way you can prove your reform is to not get any further accounts banned.

Riot isn't going to give you infinite chances, they have to put their foot down somewhere - and that somewhere happens to be after the 14-day ban. If you can't be bothered to listen to three separate warnings at the very least, then, why should your main account be given a fourth try? You've already proven three separate times that you don't care about the rules.

My opinion is that if you're worth getting your account back, you wouldn't have gotten it banned in the first place.
