Trolls.....

My last game was horrendous, I got caught out early and it was completely my fault, got super far behind so I proceeded to farm. My bot lane consisted of an Mf and a Teemo. The teemo in champ select told us that his computer would mess up after leaving champ select so he would have to restart his game however when he gets into game he walks to lane (If your game messes up wouldnt you go straight to restarting?) then about 15-20 seconds into game he claims he needs to restart cpu so as a (Normally) kind person I and the rest of the team agree and if it takes too long we would just remake. About 1:45 into the game hes back so we have no qualms and continue on. This is where I get caught out, I attempt to invade and almost take their red but they pressure me too hard and their mid comes we both flash and he kills me. I realise im behind so i just begin farming to catch back up. Then my mf dies and gets pinged a bunch of times by our teemo, in chat MF asks teemo not to take farm and he simply replies "Stop feeding" and thats when I actually look at bot, teemo is sitting under tower not leaving, not helping his ADC. So as the behind jungler i am I continue to farm and if possible show my presence to make them back off. I make it to a bot clear and get around to krugs low and behold HERE COMES TEEMO!!!!! Literally the only times he left tower was to take my jungle creeps, he starts taking some of the little ones and later in the game comes and takes red when he knows I dont have smite. Im not going to lie, I was getting pretty toxic at this point asking for a 9X on this teemo and just yelling in general. We lose (Obviously) and both teams claim to have reported me and I completely understand why however this guy was toxic in his own way and telling me that i would get banned.
