My other account was permanently banned (Complaint)

Dear Riot Board,

      My account, by the name of SpawnfaiI with the L at the end being a capital i was banned for ever a few days ago. I have entered multiple tickets, considering that  Riot has said that you are to receive around 4 bans before they take it this far, and with me the ignored that. I was also not informed that the next ban would be a full ban forever, but worst of all I hadn't even been reported for a couple months in advance which should really mean something and affect how heavily I get banned considering I am doing better. This is very sad that I was treated this way about that, when I wasn't doing anything but when I get into 2 games where I decide to say something about my rude team, and keep in mind I said very little in regards to my team, more in general about the game. I hadn't been even reported once for 2-3 months and now 2 games where I say VERY little I get my account that I have put effort, money, and time into banned forever? This doesn't teach anyone anything, because everyone deserves a second chance and I very well think I earned it with a clean record for 2-3 months, thank you for reading and I hope this complaint really helps you see through to the other side, and do something else with this matter. I full hardheadedly do not think I deserve this big of a punishment, and Im sure you agree from what I just told you.

No, they said 4 punishments (barring extreme cases), with the first two being chat restrictions, not bans.

This was your third chance... The first two being chat restrictions. Why does everyone ignore the chat restrictions?

From my understanding, after 3 months of continued good behaviour you drop a punishment tier, so we can conclude it was probably less than 3 months. You can argue about if 3 months is too long in another thread.

I have to say, that they are looking to ban most long-term players. I just got permabanned myself. The tribunal way back when, was a way to reform. Hey, you are acting like a jerk, so heres a 2 week break. Riot said only the most horrible people would be permabanned, and that it would "NEVER BE AUTOMATED without human review" as far as permabans went. Nobody is awake in CA at this time of day. The numbers were clearly tweaked to not allow for reform. This is a lifetime counter people. IF you played since beta like me, and got a couple suspensions, WATCH IT, they don't go away now. There is no reform. You have 1 game with trolls that conspire to ban you, you can't stop it. The trolls run "MechaTribunal" they know what words to use in their report to get you banned. And they laugh about it. I've seen it. They don't have fun in league because, well, they are bad players. They get enjoyment out of ruining others games, and then their accounts. And we have no check on that, the humans that used to do tribunal looking to see if its a legit report. So, anyways, I feel your pain. I won't be making another account. I don't know what criteria is used to ban anymore. You can't have a bad day, or a bad game, or sneeze and flash into a tower once. The longer you play, the higher standard you are held to. AND I suspect, its diminishing returns on reports. say 3 for warning, 2 for 2 week suspension, and 1 for permaban. No chance to reform, once you get reported, they want you gone. And I suspect they will tweak the policy once revenue drops. Riot doesn't do right by its long-term players. It wants new blood. I wonder how many active beta accounts have been permabanned? Probably most by now, judging by these preschool level rules. No talking, children!
