I honestly dont feel like you guys check the reports or chat logs before giving penalties.

As i looked at my chatlog which they showed me where it contained no swearing or hate towards my teamates as i received hate and swearing the entire match for being a new player i get a 25 match chat restriction.

I feel your penalties are simply based on how many reports you get in that match which isnt good considering some people report for no reason or report to get enemy's team to report their own issues.

But im forced to click "i understand" after looking at this injustice.

I've been playing for only 2 days.

Everyone i come across.. Well about 80%

Is already used to the game or apparently pros, So why is it new players get penalties for not suiting the skill needs of these people? In low level nonranked matches.

You could atleast penalize those who also put out this injustice or actually bother to read the chats and reports given.

Some of these people just make new accounts and report people out of the hate they have for losing previous accounts.

Some one could literally make a 4 party team and all report that 1 person randomly added to their team from matchmaking for no reason at all and get them penalized.

If you guys actually played the game yourselves and seen this you'd be highly offended... Or, OR you'd be safe from these penalties.

The issue is, normal people like me are not safe, while toxic people get to roam about ruining others will to play, as well as their fun by putting them in a 1 message per 4 minutes situation, which makes it even harder to defend or explain yourself, leaving you to accusations and assertions.

You could have a bad game, or again simply be a new player and be harassed and bombarded with insults especially accusations of trolling, but since you cant type or when you do type your message gets pushed up by the spamming of pings, you cant explain yourself.

I wish i could include pictures to this post so you can see the ridiculousness im graced with after logging in.

I would like to see the logs as well. It is probably something minor which I dont agree should be punished but thats how the system works. No choice but to adapt to it and communicate only in ways they consider acceptable.

Gonna play a match to pass the time till you guys get back to me.

For now i probs just wont communicate at all in this game, aint worth it.

And what's the point of allowing the ability to enable or disable a chat filter?

Atleast make it so it also enables or disables you from reporting.

Sometimes this game makes no sense..

The free to play champs dont form good teams either, which makes it harder to play.

The words that I know for sure have triggered the restriction are bad (kinda ridiculous) and trash either one of them would have been enough. Possibly die and report as well.

You may be cobfused on how the system works, swear words don't get you punished. Harassment / insults do and certainly will hate speech.

Multiple reports within the same game doesn't increase your chance / speed of getting punished. All it does is to flag the system to check for tozicity. 1 report or 9 reports returns the same answer.

took me quite a few permanent bans to learn but, don't bother chatting with anyone in-game in this community or find friends and do so on outside comms like discord etc. only things u should worry about typing inside the client are things like this example * enemy mid laners goes in for a play but has to use flash* so you could say: "21:34 mf 1942 adh" telling ur team u saw their mid flash at 21 mins and 34 seconds and the adc used his heal at 19:42. Thes rest of communication can just be pings.

As for the penalties, false penalties, toxic players and their behaviors? Riot doesn't care in the slightest, robots deal the restrictions and punishments. Might as well not waste the time trying to bring the issue to their attention, because compared to many on this game i haven't been playing all that long and Riot hasn't cared for a while they won't start anytime soon. Toxicity has been an issue reportedly since the near beginning of this game.

Number of report absolutely does determine the chance and how quickly you are punished, though some reports are worth more than others also excessive swearing can get you restricted along side insults and negative comments.
