So over the past while I created a bunch of topics and got a message about doing so which is fine.
So if I post 1 topic and stick to it how often am I able to bump it ?
Also how often may I repost it if I chose to do so instead of bumping it ? or should I just stick to 1 topic for as long as I can and just bump it ?

TL;DR - Bumping is against the rules. Post your discussion and let it survive on its own merit. I don't know how often you can repost content, but I highly suggest not doing it more than once in a day at least.
If you've seen posts that haven't been removed that have been bumped in Team Recruitment, and you've had posts removed for spam in Team Recruitment, then you have an idea of what can and can't be done in that sub-Board.
I'm not trying to be vague to be rude, it's simply a matter of the difference between clarifying/explaining a removal and teaching you how to get away with breaking the rules. One I'm allowed to do, the other I'm not.
In general, Team Recruitment is pretty low on our priority list for bumping, which is already low on our priority list. That being said, we still action on it regularly when players get over-zealous.
