Permanently banned because my friend reported me.

So today me and my friend were playing rankeds, duo queued. We were not communicating over skype so we resorted to in game chat, and we were just messing about 'flaming' each other in the chat occasionally. We told the rest of our team that we were joking and we were duo'd but after the game my friend reported me (I know it was just him that gave me a report), after which I got permabanned. I knew I was already on my last warning, but a couple of days ago I received a message which told me that my behaviour has improved and that the community would like to thank me for striving to become a better player (or something along those lines). Since receiving my 2 week ban a couple of months ago, I have not shown any negative behaviour in game, and this was the one time where I did type some inappropriate comments but aimed ONLY at my friend (who also got a warning for toxicity after the game, but not a ban). I did not know that a single report (and neither did he) would result in my account being permanently banned, which is a real shame. I understand that typing those comments may not have been the best thing to do since others could take it as if i am flaming, but everyone on my team knew we were duo'd and just joking around.

I would just like to know if there is any possibility of reverting this ban ( I can attach screenshots of both the emails i and my friend received).
