Ugh so I was trying to post the links but then it closed out so here I go again. I was playing a game as Sivir moments ago and while close we ended up losing. That's fine and ready to move on, but our Teemo decides to flame, curse, and otherwise be absurdly toxic to me the entire game. For no reason. The game ends and I try to tell the enemy team of this toxicity to learn that the Teemo, our Jhin, and Thresh were a premade and they blatantly lied to the enemy team saying Teemo did nothing wrong.

Even worse they tried to say I was toxic...? Just how is that okay Riot? Despite the chat log saying otherwise they try to attack me and make me out to be in the wrong. The entire game I was giving congratulations to our team anytime we did well or made a play the exact opposite of toxic. I really wish I had this chat log for you guys but I didn't have my game capture app running at the time sadly. All I have are a few screenshots I took of the post game chat and how they continued to attack me and even challenging the weight of my report saying it didn't matter at all and just otherwise mocking me. These 3 ganged up and bullied me which makes raise the question of how much power premades have in this situation with their multiple voices over mine. In no way is that right Riot.

Like this makes solo queue absolutely hellacious and leads to people being punished for no reason other than bad luck in getting matched with these type of people. (Teemo), (Thresh), and (Jhin). Again blatant cyber bullying and just abuse of power. If anyone has any thoughts or suggestions I'd be happy to hear them and I really hope Riot can see this and address it. Again I really wish I had the game saved so that I had the whole chat log but that rests solely with the Tribunal now. Hopefully from these end game screenshots you guys can get an idea of the type of players these 3 were in the actual game. Apparently I can't give out their summoner names because that could hurt their feelings or something actually having to face up to what they said or did. Go figure.

Sounds like you are misinformed regarding the reporting system.

  1. Group reports against you does the same thing as 1 person reporting you, so they don't have more power over you
  2. False reports get thrown out
  3. Tribunal no longer exists
  4. People on these boards are not Riot staff, but the community

I'm referring to them swaying the enemy team by using their numbers to invalidate anything that I say. So yes more power than I have.

Have others report you?

  1. 1 report is the same as 9 reports
  2. false reports mean nothing

anything else you are concerned about?

Then again, judging from the way you speak, you are getting punished? if so its got nothing to do with how many reports you get in a game.

If your going to post evidence of the Toxic Premade, be sure to edit out the names, because Name and Shame is against the rules.

If you want to report them you can send the image to Riot unedited via support ticket.

This is exactly why I can't wait for Dark Souls 3 to come out so I can leave this filth ridden community. I come here voicing how I was mistreated in a game by 3 other players only to be met with this guy insulting me for hastily writing down these transgressions. Just amazing how petty this community is.

Honestly though, I am trying to help you get your story seen, yes I'm tacky and sarcastic, but that doesn't mean I'm wrong.

You're like, "who the f cares about my writing style, I have important things to say," but nobody is going to see those important things, unless you break it up into smaller more manageable bite size chunks of information.

I sympathize with you. I have at least 2 out of every three games containing at least one "super feeder"

..or "power jungler" who does nothing but stay in the jungle all game long, lets turrets fall, even if the turret is literally on the other side of the wall from where they are jungling...

At this point I don't care it's obvious nothing is going to be done to these people and they will continue acting the way they have while I'm being pestered and annoyed by the community when I try to bring these wrongdoings to their faces. So again I'm done with this community and can't wait for the games that will see me out of it permanently.

There is nothing to gain from this type of activity. The enemy team HAS NO WAY TO VERIFY the accuracy of your claims. So anyone can tell the enemy team anything, you just report them yourself and move on, Riot claims that multiple reports from the same match are treated no differently than one.

I'm being pestered and annoyed by the community

Look dude, I agree with you in theory, this community can be super annoying, but there are also people that might sympathize with you, but just aren't so serious as you are.

At the end of the day, I'm just a girl answering your post, and have no authority to do anything. You might try submitting a ticket to support. Like I've done this myself when an entire team threatened to report me for no reason, so that I could 'pre-preemptively' get my side of the story heard (it was a long time ago, when I was still young and naive), however, I'm not really sure it would achieve anything, since like I've stated before, from what the Riot people say, they have stuff in place to prevent this type of gang-reporting from happening.

Did you say anything in chat that might be interpreted as toxic?

I don't believe I did like I said for the longest time I was congratulating my team for good plays such as Thresh hooks, ganks, etc. While the Teemo raged all game and in all chat screaming for Kha to kill him. I didn't even find out they were a premade until after the game. Honestly I've talked with the support staff before and I don't find them to be helpful at all. Thank you for your thoughts on this matter and sorry for my slight snapping at you earlier.

That happens to me all the time. I sit down to a day of league. I get into the first game and am super excited and positive, and then I realize they're trolling, you know, running up and down and across lanes, in order to look busy, but doing nothing, raging at each over some BS that started in champ select, etc etc etc..

By the end of the game my good mood has been destroyed. I play the next game in silence, even though they didn't troll me, the stupid toxic game affects me for like the next two to three games... best thing to do, if you have willpower is to take a break and/or play some arams. I have no willpower so I will just go right back in...

Yeah it's rather tragic that that's the mindset you have to try and have going into each game. Controlling yourself since odds are fairly good your team will not be the best of people. I would love for a bustling community that loved new and veteran players all the same and that didn't harbor so much animosity towards one another. I'm no patron saint and I know that I've done many wrongs in my lifetime as well but still something I wish to see someday somewhere.

Can you please stop acting oppressed? The reason you can't name and shame here is extremely obvious and has nothing to do with persecuting you as an individual. It has to do with how easy it is for someone to make up something about someone.

     Why don't I go ahead and make a thread accusing you of being homophobic?? I could easily photoshop some text into a league background...

Again never said I was oppressed I stated facts that their 3 voices are more convincing than my one regardless of the facts. I'm saying that we should all be held accountable for our actions and face it head on. Like me saying you are a pretentious ass I support that statement 100% since you haven't demonstrated any other qualities to me.

As someone has explained, it is false to claim that 3 reports count for more than 1. You report all three, they each get a tick in their toxicity box. All three of them report you, you get 1 tick in your toxicity box. Not understanding how the system works is not an excuse to start crying foul everywhere.

With regards to oppression, I understand you have not used the words "I am oppressed". You are still playing the "I am a victim because I can't throw accusations against anyone I like in a public space".

Finally with respect to your attacks on my person (calling me a pretentious ass), I wonder if you think this hurts me? Presumably you prefer that people allow you to make an idiot of yourself by saying the dumbest shit without research? Be my guest. You're still wrong

I think the misunderstanding here, is that Report calling and Report begging is considered toxic.

I believe AraMoOse is referring to how the report system works as a reason why you shouldn't be calling for reports. The system only needs your report to potentially punish someone. You don't need to ask others to do so, and doing so just adds to the toxicity of the match.

As I've just explained, if you have a problem with your teemo, you can report him. It makes ZERO difference whether anyone else reports him. I hope your debate team has taught you more things than just "try to insult the other guy's intelligence, that'll make you right".

Reporting directly to Riot through a support ticket is already a means that forces the offender to "face their crimes head on".

Public Name and Shame can be exploited by trolls to create witch hunts and mob mentality. To punish the innocent.

It should be clear which is the best option and why.

What kind of advice are you looking for?

I could give you some advice, but it will probably be bad advice, like once i had a team try to gang-report me. Typically, I always keep stuff in the team, even if it's something toxic, as long as it doesn't affect gameplay.

...but when they crossed the line and tried to convince the other team to all report me too for something which wasn't true, I immediately went to war, and in war, there are no rules, I told the enemy team in broken english "these player racism against asia people" and other nuggets, since I know that there is a high population of Asian players, I had a greater chance of 'hitting gold' ...well needless to say it worked out better than I expected with the trolls on my team, getting trolled themselves.

However, I should say that this probably against the summoners code,. and you shouldn't do this. However, it should serve to show you how easy it is to convince the enemy team of something which isn't true. Get it?

It sounds like you're still kind of mad. When you calm down, you might try looking over the riot events pages and seeing if there might be a tournament you can participate in. There are lots of different ones and all them have their own communities of other summoners to meet, etc. If you don't have a lot of friends who play league in your area.

This was an older comment before your prior one and a multitude of my own. I'm okay now but thank you for the concern. I've done similar when death threats were made to me and how I spoke of my suicidal past though that wasn't a blatant lie as a twisting of truths since actually killing myself is far from my mind at this point in my life. Thank you for your time and your comments I'm sorry my words are tarnished in a maddening red at the moment and that I've shown a side of me that isn't the truest representation of me. Again apologies for my spiteful response to you in the beginning but if nothing else I am very passionate about everything I do or say be that good or bad. I may look into that I have a fair amount of friends but there's no harm in garnering more. So thanks :D.
