Ok I just received a message when I was trying to log in to league saying "This account has been permanently suspended. Please check the email address associated with your league of legends account for additional details. " I immediately checked my email to see no emails. The only one there was my recent riot points purchase. Is there any way to get unbanned or to see why I was banned?

You can submit a ticket to support (support.riotgames.com) and ask for more details there.
If it's just suspended it might be a charge back from the RP you bought. Or an account compromise.
Either way a support ticket is your best bet. If it was suspended they can help you get it unlocked. If it was an actual ban chances are very slim of getting the account back unless it was an error on their end.
Considering what is says I'd HIGHLY recommend putting in a Support Ticket since this would be the fastest way to figure it out.

I am really sorry for being toxic,first worning i was getting and i stoped being toxic,but then i gave my brother to play a few games and i ddint told him that if i get one more ban i will be perma banned so please riot i did not flame at all i stopped it was him in 3 games that maked my account perma banned so please riot that will not happen again
