Ok I just received a message when I was trying to log in to league saying "This account has been permanently suspended. Please check the email address associated with your league of legends account for additional details. " I immediately checked my email to see no emails. The only one there was my recent riot points purchase. Is there any way to get unbanned or to see why I was banned?

Radiant Wukong2 votesBut you still won't get your account back. No reason to mention how much money you spent either. Spent $800 - $950 on my 1st account. Talked trash in ranked matches, I'll never get that account back. My old summoner name, "Talon Wukong" isn't even in the records anymore and a new summoner can use that name.
Zielmann2 votesIt all depends on the reason. I'd guess, based on the wording of the notice he got, it wasn't by the fast feedback system for behavior. Could be for a number of other reasons, and there's a chance it could be lifted. At least worth a check.

Zielmann1 votesIt could be due to behavior, yes, but even if so it would not have been issued by the instant feedback system, but rather manually after a review by Riot. Notices given by the instant feedback system will specify that the ban was due to behavior, and include chat logs for up to 3 games.
If it was a manual ban due to behavior, you get a message more like what the OP indicates (no specific reason, and ask support for more details). However, bans for other reasons as well will give this same message, too, so we can't tell for sure. It could have been a ban due to suspicious behavior on the account (suspecting unauthorized access to the account), RP purchase issues such as chargebacks, etc.
Claudius Ruthven1 votesBro, just respond to Riot cause they aren't eliminating accounts anymore they save them in cloud system, my account is also banned "Claudius Ruthven" and i even posted on the forums explaining that Riot unbanned a rightfully banned player and don't want to admit they are wrong in every possible situation, ar eyou with me to bring them to reality? If you are talk with more people that also got perma banned because Riot has made a huge flaw and they will pay for it by unbanning our accounts as well.

My ban was back in 2013. I deleted the account by submitting a support ticket so I could use my e-mail address on my new account.
Reket DeAlk2 votesIf it's just suspended it might be a charge back from the RP you bought. Or an account compromise.
Either way a support ticket is your best bet. If it was suspended they can help you get it unlocked. If it was an actual ban chances are very slim of getting the account back unless it was an error on their end.

Zombiemaster1 votes1.) Don't necro old threads. It's better to make your own post than to necro an old one, especially one that's a year old.
2.) Sharing accounts is itself not allowed and is punishable. Account security is entirely your responsibility. If you were hacked or whatever and someone accessed your account without your knowledge, that's one thing, but you willingly let your brother play on your account, so that's your fault. I'm sorry to say, but I'm confident that Riot will not lift your punishment, especially given the information that you let someone else play on the account.
