Fapping "High & Drunk" JG Tristana in Ranked.

I have submitted 7 unique support tickets regarding being matched with trolls & their respective behaviour and am being told each time that there is "nothing we can do" to prevent this behaviour, & that "unfortunately we cannot refund your LP" but that "we take trolling very seriously and will look in to 'player name'."

Thank you, I suppose...but all of the players accounts are still active and their behaviour seems the same in games since I played alongside them?

& The trolls lose LP, yes, that is fair...but the other 4 also lose LP...despite trying their hardest to 4v5.

KDA needs to be considered...or you know something...I mean SURELY a refund is in order for being matched with a verbally abusive, claiming to be high & drunk, int feeding Jungle Tristana who spams ALT+3 in all team fights making it look like their character is masturbating.

Like come on Riot...Please...Work with your community here.

I got also suspended 14 days, and I got a chat log shown as a reason which was a positive one at the end of the game saying gg, gjp nice... just the regular things... All in a positive game & context. Still I got suspended for nothing, I wrote a player support ticket and got as an answer that I was right, but he couldn't just undo the concequences of my suspension (which were: Denial of Ranked season rewards like border, graves skins plus chromas, Summoner icons, but also the denial of my honor rewards (lvl5) the ward skin.) I dont't know if he really coulnd't do something about it or if he was just to lazy to do something about it.

But in the end I got suspended for nothing, which was really bad timed and resulted in a denial of all my rewards... How did this happen? Why did it happen? THe only thing I know is that there have to get some improvements on the system! If you get reported for nothing and it results in a suspension and even RIOT members won't take me serious, who am I to change the whole community, I indeed did not even receive a warning like wtf..?

This was my problem where Riot just ignored me, are there more?

You can mute the emote (i guess , i'm not sure, if i'm wrong sorry ).

Most recent Trist jungle game I can see for you was five days ago, and the guy went 9/13/10. Certainly not a good KDA, but neither is it int-feeding. Who cares what they do with their emotes?
