Ok since the new queue patch there have been trolls every where and I have to gamble now say that I want this champ and a troll might ban him or don't say eney thing and they still mite ban him. so I wanted to play xin Zhao. I sead don't ban xin the first thing my teammate does ban him and his excuse was I war third pick and he was not letting the enemys get xin so I flamed him all game for trolling me I even took his lane ( I wont stand for this troll bullshit ) After the game I get perma suspended WTF RIOT he trolls me and you perma ban me your new queue just helps trolls.... most of my team wont even pick what champion they want in fear that they might ban him .. great job league you fucked this one ... ( you shoulda done this) I pick the champ I wanted and my teammates cant ban him enemys can but teammates cant it's completely troll proof plz limit my suspension I will accept chat ban or 1 month ban but plz not perma bannn your new queue system has me frustrated

Nope, you 100% deserved the ban. If you're third pick, there is a very good chance that the other team will take xin, who is pretty good right now. YOU trolled him by taking his lane, YOU were the troll here, and on top of that YOU flamed him. Sorry but YOU deserved the ban. And its part of a strategy.

If someone on your team (last pick) picks someone who is pretty much 100% pick or ban and noone can/wants to switch with him...you ban it so the enemy gets it.

And your idea is really bad. If someone wants X champion, who has a 68% winrate completely broken..and they're 3rd pick..you're going to ban that so the enemy can't get him.

Sorry have fun either working your way back up from 0 or leaving the game! We won't miss someone like you who can't act mature!

I don't think Riot will unban you at all, considering that you admit to actions that are deserving of punishment. Your response to someone "trolling" you and banning the champion you want to play is to flame him and even take his lane in game. That is a completely unacceptable response to the situation. Also, if you got a permanent ban, then that means that you have a history of being punished and you have shown no signs of changing your behavior at all.

Now, while I admit that it's entirely possible that your teammate banned Xin Zhao just to troll you, banning a champion so that the enemy team doesn't get them is a completely legitimate reason to do so. It's not trolling at all, it's making sure that the enemy team doesn't get a champion that you believe is very strong.

Lastly, your idea is not completely troll proof at all. Say someone on your team wants to ban a certain champion, but then your last pick chooses that champion as their pick intent just so your teammates can ban that champion, and then the enemy winds up first picking them. I just found a way for someone to troll with your suggestion.

Ok and what if the enemy wants the champ you want first? Then he couldn't be banned and it's your fault, your idea is really stupid, and permanent bans are last straw punishments.

That's a good reason to ban an OP champion like that, at least in my ELO. Someone could easily secure Xin first pick, and then trade him to whoever else wants him down the pick order.

That isn't troll proof. What if someone is the very last pick, and nobody is going to secure, say, Tahm Kench for her? Then there's the fact that you can change your Pick Intent any time when it isn't your turn to pick. Someone could lock a person out of banning a champion for their turn completely by just changing his pick intent.

And this is also notable, but not that big of an issue: Maybe people would take you just a bit more seriously if you actually tried to spell right, especially since you're trying to convice us that you're worthy of playing this game again.

(CONTEXT EDIT: Not saying that people who spell bad aren't worthy of playing League, but the way you worded that makes it really hard to consider your argument of "I was a troll but there are a lot of trolls".)
