I would like some information on why I got banned

I got a 14 day suspension where I was "toxic" in one game. I have never been banned or chat restricted before and a decent honor level. The Blitzcrank bot also said that I have 5 reports in 20 games, which seems pretty low to me? I could be wrong but in 20 games I have 180 teammates and 5 reports is less than 3%. I will put some context for things, not sure if it matters, but let me know what you guys think, if what I said was worthy of a 14 day ban, I just want to know what thing was it.

Background on the game. I was duo bot with a friend playing yasuo nautilus. We wanted to try something a little off-meta and theory craft a bit. Their team had a bunch of CC so we took cleans but since they didn't have gap closers (other than flash) we took ghost to catch/run away from them. It's normals, we can experiment, right? Anyways, after a poor invade things didnt go so well especially since neither one of us were playing champs that we were comfortable on and our team (especially the mid laner, the top was more focused on flaming the yuumi jungler). I didn't have the greatest game, I will admit that, but I got banned for being toxic, I just don't know why, I have asked a couple friends and they don't understand so since riot says that "I have deemed to be too toxic by the community," I am opening it up to the community to judge me and tell me what I said that was toxic.

The only way these logs would warrant a 14-day ban is if you had prior punishments, but you said you were clear on that front.

It seems like this punishment was made in error, you should try filing a ticket (ask to speak to a representative if you get the Blitzcrank bot again) and inquire more with the support team. It might take some time for them to get back to you, though.

What specifically did your reform card say? (This can be found by attempting to log in to the restricted account) If you could provide a screenshot of it (through Imgur or Gyazo) that would help a lot as well.

Open a support ticket. Neither your chat log nor your performance in the actual game justifies a ban.

Don't spin those numbers to suit your own view. 5 validly reported games out of 20 games is 25%, and that's damn high.

The second thing you said is accusing someone of trolling. This is against the rules.

This is 100% not true. Anyone can call the surrender vote when it's available. You are free to vote "No."

Report calling, which you do several times, is against the rules.

You absolutely need to stop behaving in-game the way you're behaving, or you're going to lose your account.

thats kinda odd cause when I got chat restricted Blitz bot also said I was reported 5 times within the past 20 games... wonder if that statistic is even accurate?

Anyway I dont think this punishment warrants a 14 day ban at all if you're telling the truth about not being punished before this. I'd request a human on your existing ticket and see if this was placed in error.
