Timer

I have been having lots of lag in league lately. My internet is fine since I can play other games just fine without issues, however, when I go to play league my ping is often in the 1000's. League also disconnects me and when I go to click "reconnect" it brings me to a black screen. This recently has been happening and I tried contacting people in League bugs, in which I receive no reply regarding why league would be bugging out. I sign on today to find I have a 20 minute timer? This is not my fault, if league bugs out for me. I would have gladly played the game if it let me. All it does is bring me to that black screen! Already posted in help & support
