Need help, Confused on Perma Ban

Hi all,

I tried logging into my account yesterday and it said I was perma banned. I checked to make sure no one played in my account, and I saw that the last game I played was Aug 30. So I know I didnt say anything toxic during the past month, as I entirely avoided Chat and ranked play completely. I always most of the time played with my friends too. So any ideas on why?

I wanna see what Im expecting from the the support ticket.

EDIT 3: I HAVE IT BACK!!! Thanks to Riot Support for helping me get it back, they honestly kept me sane, and were great to deal with :)

Last game i played was Blitzcrank and that was Aug 30, I also checked match history on League website and other match websites, they dont seem to have anything after Aug 30

hm.. i haven't heard of blitzcrank with scripts
#hm... i got 4 accounts perm banned so.. yea but i always go back to platinum , (btw that's why i don't buy skins or anything..) there are too many easily offended people here

Trust me, with all the losses I had, there were no scripts LOL

A person with scripts would win, not lose 5 or 6 games in a row with a C or D rating haha. Plus I play support most of the time.

When you log into the game what does it say? Something should pop up so after you read it the game closes.

Try contacting Riot Support - If you bought any RP recently, but chargedback for it, then you are banned until you pay the money back.

However, if your account was reported for suspicious activity, then just contact Riot Support, and answer the questions they give you.

And I also checked to make sure, regarding a purchase I made, and Paypal has the receipt for it.

Ok I will wait for support to respond, I was hoping maybe Riot Tantram can give me an idea XD

Here's my guess at what happened:

your IGN: Mega1X the actual IGN of the player rito intended to permaban: MegaLX (or some other variation) and rito support worker decided to type the IGN in instead of copy-pasting it.

A typo permaban incident had actually happened months ago, n i remember the person getting 400+ upvotes before finally getting rito to see their mistake and lifting the permaban.

Just wait support response. Its either protective ban or mistake. Maybe someone got onto your account and sent those scam links around or something

There's another thing: they have something called a protective ban. If someone hacks ur account from a different IP, they lock it so that no one will be able to use it during ur absence.

It may very well be that. IDK, support still hasn't responded which is weird I usually get a response within 24 Hours.

But last game I played was in Aug 30, never logged into league from that day, never even thought about it, till I tried to update 2 days ago XD, it may very well be that. (Was patiently waiting for Destiny 2 :P and once it came out...) I was toxic two seasons ago and got 14 day but no chat restriction, but that was two seasons ago, I never was toxic after that, and Never played Ranked after that either, that was making me rage a bit XD hoping it isnt because of two seasons ago

Have they made the tibunal more strict in the past yaer or so? i got "permanently suspended" and i have never even had a warning, i admit that i may have crossed some kind of like by calling out a yasuo, none the less, can they ban me for like just over one sentence.

I'd put money on a protective ban they will get to you soon just a large player base and a service system that might be overwhelmed

Riot hates you since you're a player and they hate all their fans so you're probably screwed. Could've been something stupid like leaver buster or a whole team reported you just to troll. Either way you are banned and that's that. Riot will never give a fuck about you or anyone else.

XD I still don't know why I was banned.

I said I was banned two seasons ago, which was like 2 years I guess. 14 days, thats it nothing more or less. After the ban was lifted, I stopped being toxic, so much so that Every game i went into when things got dicey I muted everyone, and not bothered to look or say anything back. I never ever said anything else after that ban, heck I barely said gg, I just played, minded my own business and said nothing more, if i could have a chance to see my chat logs I would cause i have confidence in myself that after that situation two seasons ago, nothing would be said.

Heck I haven't played much ranked, did like 3 or 4 placements without saying anything, and I didn't even finish them.
