After getting a Janna top and having to play support i decided to pick teemo as support. I had a bad game and was then suspended for 14 days. I went 0-8-1 and the janna top went 1-7-2 if i remember correctly. How does riot see it fair to suspend me after being trolled since champ select? This game makes less sense to me day by day.
Three things could've happened:
You stole the support role and forced Janna, who was assigned support, to go top, leading to your punishment.
Your deaths were suspicious and flagged as intentional feeding.
You were toxic in communications.
Or some combination of the three.
Looked at your match. Janna had 50% kill participation, compared to your kill participation of 17%. You also had 78 cs, despite building nomad's. 3k damage to champions, 14k taken.

6 kills for the entire team. Teemo spend most of his time deffing botlane (at some point with out ezreal) while the kills were all around top and midlane. The asisst happened most likely when Azir died close to fountain at the end. Teemo in this match up does not have the range to do much damage. He goes for a Q and gets double bomb. Especially since heh as an ADC with no CC or other utility to back him up (Jinx could e in the way, mf e and Jhin straight up snare the zilean after a teemo blind as some examples).
The CS part is very simple. Not only did he apperantly defend toplane solo against Azir for some time at their Inhib Turret (That's where he also died to said Azir), Teemo was not toplane when Ezreal was there to get 2 kills on Rengar at 2 different times, one of these times, Teemo died to Jinx and she took the T2 botlane turret as a result of this.
He died 8 times! Would have been weird if he did not take a lot of damage to cuase these deaths. Olaf can ult and run off when getting hit with a stun, meaning that not every damage meant death for him. Not only is Teemo slower than an ADC with crit items (because they all give ms and Teemo's w is a joke), making it easy for Jinx to just run him over(especially if she has rebuffs and we know she had at least one this game), he also has no means to escape Zileans double bomb which already burst for a good chunk, neither has he any counter CC, unlike Janna who still only took 600 less damage.
Also! He was not not punished for "griefing" or "inting" what is the only reports that really take your kda and damage done to damage taken value into account if you were not afk. And since he took most of this damage trying to defend turrets (also alone at some times as already mentioned), you cannot say that he did not try to at least do something, even if he had a terrible pick and did not play well.
After having to look into the statistics myself, I can also confirm that Rengar did not really do anything at places that were lower than midlane. But given what we know, that does not really matter anymore.
The only question I have is how efficent is the coin and it follow up items are that Teemo ended up with more gold than Lux, since she apperantly did not afk given her level. Writing of Lux, given that Irelia and Rengar took quite a lot of damage, but did only die twice it is save to assume that most of the damage dealt by Lux was dealt with E and maybe R and most of Janna's damage were Q poke and in Laning Phase her W. Teemo does not have the range to go for free poke like this.
