i had a gragas mid lane who was inting from the beginning of the game.Then he was talking me trash and wishing me to get...I don't know why he was that mad but I can't justify a player like him and behaviors like this.I also have a screenshot but I don't know if this will help you

Hey, as long as you used the post game reporting tool that is all there is to it. If for some reason didn't or feel like you need to bring special attention to an issue, you can submit a ticket to support here. You should pick the I want to report abusive behavior, cheating, or a malicious link option.
Riot just issued a huge banwave towards people ELO Boosting and alot of people are trying to reach them at the moment because of it. This means it might take a while before you get a response from them. They will probably tell you that they will investigate the case. You will not be notified of the reported players account status at anytime, as this is private information.
