Hello Summoner,

Your account: rindron was banned due to the use of malicious 3rd party programs or modifications to your League of Legends client. We believe that all players should play on equal footing in an effort to promote competitive sportsmanship. You should be aware that modifying your League of Legends client is against the Terms of Use: http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/legal/termsofuse. We hope you can see that it is unsatisfying to play against other players who are using a tool to gain an advantage over others.

If you wish to dispute the actions taken against your account, you may contact us via this link: http://support.riotgames.com

Today (12/04/17) at 7:00 I received this email.

A month or so ago i had been using lolskin or wooxy for the skin changer and i didnt even got a warning for not to use this skin changer

I do not know what could have this. I have been playing LoL since season 6 and have very much enjoyed it, and would not do anything I knew would compromise my account, which is why this email today shocked me

if some one can help me and tell me how to get in contact with Riots support

You'll need to send in a support ticket and talk to the Riot staff: https://support.riotgames.com/hc/requests/new

You can make your case to Riot, but it sounds like you were intentionally modifying the League files in order to edit the skins. I'm not sure if they will give you just a warning on this instead since that doesn't necessarily give you an unfair advantage, but it is still very much against the rules to edit your client in any way. The best advice I can give you is to send in a support ticket and talk to them about it, but you may have to suck this one up and take the ban if you really were modifying your client.

Good luck to you!
