I deserve an explanation of my Unjustified permaban - support ticket #31893629

Hello,

I contact you because Id like to enter the game to play, but i see a message which says "Player Banned". I played normally on Friday 22/09/2017, and when i tried to play on 23/09/2017, i couldnt. No toxic speach was on last games, so im betting i got hacked.

Can you help me know why am i banned?? Its urgent please.

FYI: Someone erased my other post about this matter, i thought that was not possible, and if someone did, at least move the thread rather to delete it. Even tho, i want an explanation of the unjustificed permaban and why my other post was deleted.

As a very old player of League of Legends, May/2011, I am very angry that not a single answer was provided to solve my issue, it has been more than 24 hours.

If you need to contact me privately, let me know to provide an email. The email in my setting is not the correct one, I assume i got hacked. If you dont believe me, i have original email in which i recieved the "Welcome Email" when i created the account back in 2011.

Sorry for being so harsh, put yourself in my shoes to understand me please.

They will get back to you. The account was locked for compromise. They just need to ask you some questions to determine if you are the original owner of the account.

I mean, chances are, you were toxic somewhere, they don't dole out unjustified bans. Hell, I got a 2 week ban myself, but I haven't been punished since. If you're getting hacked, then you are doing something stupid on your computer or in giving out information.

I doubt it, I kno that this might not say much but im an IT guy, so my stuff usually are pretty safe. However, the email linked to my account is a chinese one... why the hell would i have a chinese emai?

I agree on being time banned for being toxic, but i havent been banned since ever. Maybe a couple times when the new ban system came out first time, like 4 years ago maybe? since then never.

but well, will have to wait.

He should've gotten a chat log of him being toxic then, it's more than likely a protection ban since there is no information, it was out of the blue, and the email was changed.

it looks like you submitted a ticket, you should wait tell they respond to said ticket

usally within a day, but i have been chatting with some of the Support people and they say there has been alot more tickets in the past week, so it might take 2 days, but not much longer then that

Well, will have to wait, thanks for the reply.

About the other message being deleted, it is true. I dont like people deleting posts which mean a lot to players, thats not ethical, not even if it is written in the rules. There is something called human emotions and interaction.

But well, thanks again for the reply. Will sit and wait, nothing else to do.

Generally speaking, posts are only removed if they are in direct violation of the Universal Rules. The notifications have been bugged lately telling you why post was deleted, but feel free to hit us up in the Moderation Discord and someone can discuss it with you :)

It has been 72 hours and no response to my ticket.

Keep in mind that only at most 24 of those hours were on a weekday. Riot does have support staff on weekends, but tickets tend to be answered faster during the week in my experience.

Patience is a virtue - also, make sure you don't comment/submit new tickets as it'll just bump yours to the end of the queue.

Agree, i only have 1 ticket. Of course, nothing to do, just waiting. Even dont know if contacting you in Discord would solve this issue or have a quicker response, since i think that it is limited to issues/doubts/comments about the Forum.

Let me know if im wrong with my assumption.

You submitted a ticket so you just need to wait, i know it's a pain in the ass but when the servers are flooded with people who have the most toxic chats and don't know why they're banned send in like 5 tickets there's not much you can do. It looks like it could be a protection ban where your account was compromised or something triggered the system saying this isn't the owner logging in.

Yea i don't know of any other reason you'd be banned without an explanation. Usually the bans without any explanation are protection bans.
