I have found this very very annoying for quite a while now - players can just report for nothing and your system will give a warning for it. There have been several incredibly toxic players who have been harassing other team members all game and yet if they decide to report someone else... your system blames the victim? Doesn't make sense to me at all
It's just a warning to let you know that you've been reported a lot in your recent games. It's not attached to any bans or chat restrictions or anything.
Reports are not verified before the warning is sent out because the warning is meant more as a signpost that you're being reported (so that people who are having a rough time have a chance to recognize what's going on and calm down). The reports are verified before a punishment is handed down. So basically, if you're not doing anything wrong, you won't get punished for it. Just quietly mute and report toxic players and you'll be fine.

The warning system is something completely separate from the actual punishment system. These warnings only mean that you have been reported in more games than usual lately. They don't mean that you are up for a punishment nor that you will be punished any time soon. What's more is that the warning system hands out warnings without checking for false reports (something that the actual punishment system does do), so it's possible to receive one without actually having done anything wrong.
Basically, if you know you aren't doing anything punishable, you can pretty much ignore the warnings.
Also, getting reported by premades doesn't mean that you will be banned. Receiving enough reports will trigger a review of your account, and if nothing punishable is found, then you will not be punished.
its not only that but you can get banned if some premades decide to report you all over again...automatic system sucks and mods come and say you are toxic or you must calm down and bla bla bla...the system doenst work properly
