Bias?

This is not me trying to beg or cry that it's not fair and I should be UN-banned. This is simply a post about how silly I think this all is and my situation.

I got permanently banned for being toxic in two matches and saying black in Spanish. I don't mind the ban at all because yeah I was kind of overdoing it quite a bit. Even if I am black joking about racist stuff doesn't have a place on league of legends. The only reason I'm confused is because I had no previous penalties. I haven't been chat restricted or banned at all. Yes, I WAS racist but I've had friends spam the hard R and intent feed going literally 0/30 and has been getting off with a slap on the wrist. What I mean by that is 10 game chat restriction. after one game of doing it. then after two games of doing it he gets a 14 day ban. Why does he get a slap on the wrist while I get the death penalty?

I don't care that I was banned I just want someone to tell me why this works the way it does.
