It's been almost 4 days since I posted a support ticket about my ban. Now, I've been banned before on other accounts for being toxic, and I was given chat logs for those bans, but a few days ago, I tried to log in and it said I was banned for 14 days. I checked my email and this

was given to me. I read the ToS at least 5 times after this email, and I hadn't violated any of their rules according to my knowledge. The email is very ambiguous and doesn't give many details pertaining to my ban. It honestly seems like some automated stuff they randomly send out.

My current status of my ticket is this

and as you can see, I requested it on Tuesday, while today is Saturday. I could understand a day or two, but my ban is already 25% done, yet I still haven't been given any justification for this punishment. I'm posting this in hope that some rioter will see it and tell me why I was banned instead of waiting weeks to finally get an answer from the support team.

My immediate suspicion would be the fact that you say you've been banned multiple times before. Let's be honest, very few people get banned multiple times and level new accounts from scratch after. Was the account purchased or botted?

As far as I know, botted accounts get permabanned. Maybe not the case for purchased accounts? I've heard that they (at least used to) lose ranked rewards for a year and get a long (though not always permanent) ban. If you've already taken the two week ban for it, there should be no problem with telling the truth about it, now.

If that's not the case, then it could be a credit card issue. That's all I can think of.

It's really hard to say what you have been ban for. Yes the support takes awhile but that is sadly what happens when you have a popular game. Too many people try to contact support this clogging it up!

With that said again this is hard. If it was for toxic behavior they would give you chatlogs. In this case it might not have been for toxic behavior,but looking at your match history doesn't show anything out of the ordinary. Then again the stats don't show us everything. You have an ekko and Yasuo where it seems like you are feeding,but again it's hard to say!

Just be patience it sucks that you got ban,but I would assume if it was done in error they will compensate your time. If not they will give you evidence to back up why you got ban. Granted it's something that really needs to show when you first got ban!

unsportsmanlike behavior (int. feed / trolling / stalking / ping spamming / ELO Boosting) are 14-day bans as first punishment.

I've even seen cases of people getting punished cos they are a pre-made of 4 thought it would be funny to /ff@20 a clearly winning game, and the solo dude felt like crap for them doing so.

There's also another case where a dude was griefing, clicking around the fountain, throwing skill shots out to the enemy, but he didn't increase the skill level throughout the game, thus purposely not doing any dmg.
