Genuine Question: How EASY(or HARD) is it for low level smurf accounts to be banned?

Recently I've witnessed some IRL people that I know make an alternate account used solely for trolling and flaming others. As soon as they've achieved level 3 through bot games on their newly made account, they will intentionally feed in normal games with the intent of demoting their normal game MMR to newbie level. They seemed to have tricked matchmaking into matching them with actual new players and now all the do in game is troll, flame and F*** around with new players.

Im sure the situation that I've explained may be pretty common, but Im just curious, are these kind of people even worth reporting? Do people who do these kind of things even get banned? I feel what these group of people are doing is extremely mean and disrespectful to the community of players who are actually new to league. Just wondering what the opinions of people here on the boards are.

those people typically have their mains banned. are angry so decided to make new accounts to troll.

its always worth reporting players the are toxic...riots is bp and league is the ocean....and we as players have to clean up this toxic mess so others can join us in such an awsome game.....

If you have a 'low level' smurf account then it means, if we are to take what riot says at face value, you are throwing matches intentionally.

i.e. for instance, you are winning the game, but summoner is playing QRS champ and also has not built XYZ, so you decide, well I am god and I have decided that you don't deserve a win, because you did not do XYZ and build ABC.

I encounter this type of bastardized morality every so often, fairly regularly, so perhaps people have started reporting and riot has started listening. On the other hand, I doubt it, more than likely, your smurf account was purchased and they used bots, despite telling u it was 'hand leveled' or you used some form of cheat.

Ya I'd report em. After making a new account I don't think there's any new players in this game anymore. Everyone's a damn smurf. You can't just stomp newbs unless ur like a plat/diamond smurf cuz ur gonna be facing experienced players every damn game. It's weird and not what I expected but hey I just wanna get to 30 and play ranked... I'm glad I'm not getting placed with newbs cuz I'd feel bad.
