I did not flame and got perm ban I called somebody a noob and to uninstall game how is this flaming/toxic? All the games i play i play them serious i put money on my acc and now its gone for something like this? I see people flame all the time and not get banned why do i get a ban for almost nothing?

Secondly, you didn't post your chat log, which probably contains the even more toxic things you said that really got you banned. Either way, perma ban sucks, but that is one less toxic player to run into.

Cos you showed the system that you have a consistant (moderate) toxic behavior and refuse to change.
You probably escalated through the system while ignoring the warnings. So enough repeat offense is enough. They don't want you in their game cos of the environment you cause.

So lots of small flame can still burn a wood, which is what happened to you here.

Please keep in mind that acting hostile towards another player and trying to make them quit playing this game is harmful to both them and to league as a whole. The more players in the game the better, for many reasons. Some of which include queue timers, matchmaking, and potential customers for Riot.
Riot should have (and likely has) given you ample opportunities to learn that it is wrong to harass or demean others, and that it is wrong to push players away from league. It is spelled out in the terms of service, again in the summoner's code, and yet again in reform cards you receive upon being punished by the system.
As such you are given a choice, conform to the standards of decency that we are all held to when interacting with other people, or be kicked out as you were when you got banned. Whether you feel it was fair or not is irrelevant, the paths laid out before you are not going to change simply because you feel strongly about it.

The same is with pretty much any punishment for breaking laws. For example, if I were to continually get speeding tickets, they would eventually revoke my driver's license.

There are a wide variety of behaviors that Riot considers unacceptable in their game. Some of which are:
Now I personally think that each type of behavior should have it's own tree of punishment, so that a player who gets a 14-day ban for hate speech will not then be escalated to a permanent ban for passive aggressiveness.
Unfortunately Riot does not have a system that accounts for this sort of thing, so we wind up having cases such as yours where you likely had one type of behavior earn you the 14-day ban and then even though you stopped that behavior you still exhibited others that were also considered unacceptable and thus received the next tier of punishment upon being reported for those behaviors.
With the exception of hate speech and intentional feeding, you would normally move up through a series of chat restrictions, then to a 14-day ban, and lastly a permanent ban. The exception being that int-feeding or using hate speech results in immediate escalation to 14-day ban.
When you have recently had a 14-day ban you are on a sort of probation, it won't matter what sort of negative behavior you exhibit, nor how major or minor it is. If someone reports you and Riot sees any sort of negative behavior, they give you the boot.

Your punishment was a permanent bad because you have consistently shown behavior of this nature.
There is a difference between the act of being punished and the level of harshness of the punishment that is applied.

also, the fact you got a perma ban means you have been warned about this sort of behavior before but ignored it. you're responsible for your own actions and how you behave, sorry to tell you, but if you belive, calling ppl names and telling them to uninstall a game just because they are bad at it is okay , then i recommend re-thinking how you interact with ppl you don't know online.
