Green Ribbon gone

Would apreciate if somebody could look into this for me,i have had a ribbon on this account for at least 2 years, it even survived a ranked restriction i had in Febr of 2015 ( an undeserved restriction ofcourse proven by keeping my ribbon ;-) ), i had all colours of ribbons,red,yellow,blue and my favourite green one,thats also the one i have "lost" now without any notification or what so ever,i got that green ribbon last month 1 Febr 2016,it was red before and i was very happy to got my favourite green one back, as far as i know i could only loose them for showing bad behaviour and stuff,and i can gladly inform you that i havent been reported for a while and i also dont got reguraly reports last months, another reason why a ribbon could be gone could be,from what i read,is from "decay",but i can proudly inform you that i get very reguraly honoured by my team mates,and i also play reguraly,honour on profile page atm is: friendly,438 helpfull,153 teamwork,1492 hon opponent 629

I havent been without a ribbon for at least 2 years as i mentioned earlier,i feel naked without it, maybe an explenation of somebody of Riot that looked it up for me could help me sleep better at night now [zombie-brand-mindblown]

Edit : After 2 games i noticed something in the loading screen,something green on my character border, it was a green ribbon !! So i was thinking,am i maybe going a slightly bit insane,am i seeying things that arent there, or better am i not seeying things that are there !?! So i log out of the game and back into it after the game was finished, and guess what,i am confirmed mentally sane, i got the pop up message that you get on the first log in after getting a (new) ribbon. So either some sneaky silent very nice fellow that works at Riot and wants to remain anonimous,noticed me (thanks senpai) and got things set straight, or else i wouldnt know,i got one or two teamwork honours in those games and i doubt that those 2 would make exactly that difference between having my beloved green ribbon or not. I am happy again tho and will sleep like a baby tonight.
