Well i dont say that i wasn't harass people at Start but after i got the First ban for 10 games Without chat After i started not to speak to much.Anyway In 1-2 Games i started harass again and of course you saw that chat after the report and you banned me again for 40 games No chat.From 100 games i was playing you was getting the 3-4 of them that i was harassing and you found another reason to ban for 14 days .After that i didn't harass at all but at one game some people started to harass me and i respond to him but told bad words too Then Permanent ban like that .Why i got permanent ban at 4th warn?because i dont give money other people who pay for skins you dont ban them so fast.Well i think if you give money for skins = more warns . People who dont pay not need in this game that you gave me understand after that.Its so unfair to ban other because in some games they didnt behave correctly

So you admit to breaking the rules and then complain about getting punished because you didn't pay?

Sry, but last I heard Riot doesn't send thugs after you when you break the rules to extort money to keep your account, they just ban you.

What seems to be the problem here?

My problem is not about the money is about that i have seen so many who harass people and they still not get banned why i got banned for 3-4 game that i been toxic too Many of my friends are toxic in that game but they still play.So why ban me so easy because i didnt afford money to that game?If it was like that all players should have be banned

Punishments are handed out based on consistency and severity, meaning if you frequently get reported for poor behavior and refuse to shape up then you keep receiving harsher and harsher punishments until you eventually get permabanned for showcasing consistently poor behavior. This has nothing to do with money, this is about consistently showcasing an unwillingness to behave in a mature and respectful manner when interacting with others.

As for your friends if their poor behavior isn't the norm for them and/or they aren't being frequently reported for poor behavior then they won't receive a punishment. This isn't about them though this is about you and you alone, and other peoples poor behavior doesn't mean yours gets off scott free.

I have seen much more toxic than me that i know is that they dont know who to ban.Ok they caught me being toxic there are other 1 milion why they dont start ban them all every player on some games will be toxic but not for no reason someone will harass them i almost never started harass someone if he didnt annoy me . Why they dont see the honor ? why people honor me if i am at 0.006% of negative players in leauge of legends??I know i wont get my account back but you must also know that they ban whoever they want .

So? The "they started it" excuse didn't work in school and it doesn't work here. You are responsible for your own behavior just like they are responsible for theirs. If you look through this forum you can see allot of people doing what you're doing here: complaining about being banned for poor behavior. Riot doesn't ban people willy nilly (they can, but they don't), they only ban people who violate the rules, and like it or not you had multiple chances to improve your behavior and chose not to do so, hence why you got banned.

Spending money has no effect on rule enforcement.

The punishment tiers are: 10 game chat restriction 25 game chat restriction 14 day ban permanent ban

When you break the rules you get the next punishment.

i had to play more than a year .I started playing again 3 months ago and reached account platinum 2 .I want to tell that i got this penalties so fastt its like the admin was watching every game of mine i must played a total of 200-300 game in that period.i dont understand in every game i being toxic they saw it and i wonder that happens only to me?

The system treats everyone the same.

If you care to share your chat logs, we can go through them to show you what the IFS considers negative. So that you can avoid that behavior in the future, if you decide to make a new account.

In this game were so many trolls also they went afk steal my blue and etc and dont help also troll in teamfights .Well i told you if someone harass me or start troll i will response .Cause of the trolls i got the ban.I rarely speak like that in games

You got the punishment because of how you reacted to the trolls. Not because of anyone else, but because of your choice to retaliate with toxicity.

Your attitude that makes you think you have to retaliate is the problem here. Take a step back and remember this is just a video game, there's no need to get so worked up about it

It sounds like you were being far more toxic and just blatantly ignored the warnings given via your previous punishments. As for your friends. The system will review their accounts SEPARATELY if they get reported. The system also doesn't care what other people said, it only cares about what the reported individual is saying. Saying "they started it" or "he was worse" or "I was just defending myself" won't help you.

Much like in school. If a teacher sees kids fighting then they're going to punish everyone fighting. A kid isn't going to get off easy by just pointing at someone else and saying "He started it" or "He was worse".

Here's the thing bud they can fake report all day if you didn't do anything wrong you aren't going to be banned. the IFS bans based off of words YOU said just if you reported the people who flamed you they are judged off their actions.

Edit stupid phone.. the words and actions in accordance with their summoner code

Edit 2: I never said in there at any point you were toxic every game you had 4 different punishments. Let me ask you this after the 14 day ban didn't something say maybe just maybe I shouldn't curse at my teammates and call them boosted or threatening to afk.

You got a permanent ban as your fourth warning because that's how the system works.

10 game chat restriction.
25 game chat restriction.
14 day ban.
Permanent ban.

The 14 day ban even tells you it is your final warning.

And no, it has nothing to do with the money you spend. We see players who have spent a TON of money and get banned super quickly.

On the contrary, Riot is MORE likely to ban people who regularly purchase skins with RP. Whales who get banned create new accounts and pay for the same cosmetics a second time, it's in Riot's own interest to ban them.

I should know, i'm toxic as hell but have never been banned, because I've never spent a cent on this game. My friends are all well behaved and several have been perma'd.

I have saw so many people being toxic in this game the reason they sent me for ban was ridiculous ok i may said bad words like go afk and etc .Also i have received many honors from people why they dont see that? every time they got my honor to lvl 0.They see only the reports

The easiest way to avoid a ban, don't be toxic! If people are going at you its easier to just "/mute all" or mute only the ones that are being toxic. Report them after the game and avoid yourself from being banned especially if you know you have a history of being punished.
