Permanent ban at 4th Warn

Well i dont say that i wasn't harass people at Start but after i got the First ban for 10 games Without chat After i started not to speak to much.Anyway In 1-2 Games i started harass again and of course you saw that chat after the report and you banned me again for 40 games No chat.From 100 games i was playing you was getting the 3-4 of them that i was harassing and you found another reason to ban for 14 days .After that i didn't harass at all but at one game some people started to harass me and i respond to him but told bad words too Then Permanent ban like that .Why i got permanent ban at 4th warn?because i dont give money other people who pay for skins you dont ban them so fast.Well i think if you give money for skins = more warns . People who dont pay not need in this game that you gave me understand after that.Its so unfair to ban other because in some games they didnt behave correctly

So you admit to breaking the rules and then complain about getting punished because you didn't pay?

Sry, but last I heard Riot doesn't send thugs after you when you break the rules to extort money to keep your account, they just ban you.

What seems to be the problem here?

You got a permanent ban as your fourth warning because that's how the system works.

10 game chat restriction.
25 game chat restriction.
14 day ban.
Permanent ban.

The 14 day ban even tells you it is your final warning.

And no, it has nothing to do with the money you spend. We see players who have spent a TON of money and get banned super quickly.

Spending money has no effect on rule enforcement.

The punishment tiers are: 10 game chat restriction 25 game chat restriction 14 day ban permanent ban

When you break the rules you get the next punishment.

Here's the thing bud they can fake report all day if you didn't do anything wrong you aren't going to be banned. the IFS bans based off of words YOU said just if you reported the people who flamed you they are judged off their actions.

Edit stupid phone.. the words and actions in accordance with their summoner code

Edit 2: I never said in there at any point you were toxic every game you had 4 different punishments. Let me ask you this after the 14 day ban didn't something say maybe just maybe I shouldn't curse at my teammates and call them boosted or threatening to afk.

The easiest way to avoid a ban, don't be toxic! If people are going at you its easier to just "/mute all" or mute only the ones that are being toxic. Report them after the game and avoid yourself from being banned especially if you know you have a history of being punished.

On the contrary, Riot is MORE likely to ban people who regularly purchase skins with RP. Whales who get banned create new accounts and pay for the same cosmetics a second time, it's in Riot's own interest to ban them.

I should know, i'm toxic as hell but have never been banned, because I've never spent a cent on this game. My friends are all well behaved and several have been perma'd.
