not asking for your advice on what i should have done to not get banned or to just start over on a smurf . I wanna get unbanned if your comment isnt usefull you shouldnt waste your time here thank you

Riot will not remove or reduce any punishment that was not done in error. If you think it was a mistake (or if it was due to a chargeback or account compromise), you can appeal your ban through a Support Ticket.

Never. Once you got permabanned, the account will never be unbanned again, unless Riot made some kind of mistake.

It takes a bit more than a single bad game the average player experiences from time to time to be permabanned in the first place, making it extremely unlikely for it to be repealed unless you slipped through the crack and were somehow a false positive.
If you earned your ban, there's no way to undo it. That's as useful as a comment you're going to get.
Yes, you can organize a petition to the English language consortium and have the meaning of permanent changed.

Being perma banned from league is a blessing. I shouldve quit 2 accounts ago. You look at the people on league and its skinny addicted nerds who are usually failing school for a video game and lack a social life.
