So I've got a question, alright Is there anything I can do to have a tempban revoked because of intoxicated actions (physically drunk), or does it all just fall under a "player bulls*******" category? send help

You are responsible for your own actions. Being drunk does not somehow excuse your from the decision you make.

I'm not sure how the consent for sex thing came up in your mind considering that's a decision making point and not an action. Regardless though (and not wanting to start a discussion on consent and sex) a 21 year old is allowed to consent for sex after drinking. Plenty of people do.

An example of an action is you got and your car drove and got into an accident, or you ended up picking a fight with someone, or buying several pounds of cashews because they sounded delicious. In all those cases, you are responsible for your actions, you will receive a DUI, get arrested and not be able to return the $789.78 you spend on cashews at the store.

Pretty sure that was just a discussion that the mainstream media got into, as far as the consent while drunk thing goes. You can still consent to sex if you're drunk.
