Competitive BSing is okay why?

So what the actual f@&% after seeing this so called tip in the loading screen it pisses me off to know that this basically means that Riot is perfectly fine with people being intentional arseholes but if someone takes it a step further then its bannable because of someone saying something highly offensive in response to that. Now call me old fashioned but I believe in this thing called not being a dick, its simple and I would never expect anything like the entire internet to be censored due to my opinion but I think its fair to say it is not okay for Riot to just openly state its fine and defend literal walking genitals. But I suppose this is yet another reminder of how backa$$words our way of life really is and I will never understand how people will defend things like s!#* talking.
