Punishments and Honor

So i recently got a chat restriction from a game where three players were insulting me and another where my kayn was feeding and trying to blame other laners such as myself. I do not think i viciously attacked this kayn nor the other players where everyone insulted me. I had three teammates spamming "soyboy" to me and were saying i was boosting because i was not carrying a normal game as a plat player. I did not cus at these players I did not insult these players but yet in chat restriction logs that game appears. I report these players and nothing happens to them. Kayn places the blame on everyone for his mistakes and I call him dumb and tell people to report him and after these two games I recieve a chat restriction. I had a clean never punished account and honor 5 and I go down to honor 1 for this? Its honestly ridiculous and when i reach out to riot i find out im not banned for toxicity but "negativity". This is a game where bad things can happen and people's outlooks on it can change. Why is it negativity makes me lose honor level 5? Why is it the insulting players are not punished and if you really want to punish players just for "negativity" is it really fair to make them lose honor. How about a warning log to explain to these "negative" players that wording like this can lead to a punishment. I really feel that the honor system should not take away everything that has taken YEARS to earn for simple and bland "negativity". Most of the people that play this game can deal with negativity we are teenagers to adults. I think the punishment for negativity definitely needs its own section and requires a change.
