TO RIOT - Why are people like this still allowed to play in ranked?

TO RIOT- You said you were working on a detection system to flag players like this so how does it work?

TO THE COMMUNITY: I'm not holding my breath expecting Riot to answer or fix. Tips for how to carry games with people like this in it? When you and at least one other person on your team has a 2.0+ kdr and you still can't carry what else can you do?

P.S. yes I am expecting the spam "Git Good" responses. I'm just hoping someone might actually post something helpful, verification of a match with these conditions that you won and tips on how you did it would be most appreciated.

I'll say it up front. I'm not a good player. I've been actively playing for about 3 weeks, even though I've had the account for much longer. There are a lot of games I keep getting whacked a BUNCH in the first few minutes, then I end up with 10+ deaths in the match. I don't TRY to do it, but it happens. There are other games I die a few times and get 10+ assists. That's when I feel like I'm playing with others who really understand and play complimentary roles.

Many times I've gotten what looked like an "all-in" move from the other player, I went, and then watched that same player run away. I'm in two- or three-against-one now and have very little chance of surviving. I've been outright accused of "feeding" in some of those games and am just not sure those players really understand what they're talking about, or sometimes just how to play.

Could somebody help me understand how you balance just plain 'bad' or 'new' players with those intentionally 'feeding'? I think RIOT's in a hard spot sorting that out. There would have to be a way to check in-game commentary on top of counting just kdr.

The system will eventually ban him if he keeps it up. It just takes a lot of commitment to actually get banned in this game.

That must be like till death do us part commitment. Again I cannot post it because Riot will remove it but this match history with him feeding goes back 21 + days and some are even worse then the samples I have provided.

At a certain point this supposed "Feed detection" system of theirs should have kicked in by now. I also find it hard to believe the he fed in this manner for 3 week plus and didn't receive enough reports to be punished yet.

Bans are such a joke in this game. Unless you drop racial slurs, threaten peoples lives, or downright say "i am intent feeding" and then doing so, you basically wont get punished.
