Riot Matchmaking/Players (ARAM in this case)

My thoughts on this issue are on the reddit link, basically some "new player" joined a game I just played. We lost, that I don't care too much about, my issue is with the fact that thie "player" fed all game long, had no masteries or runes, and didn't respond when asked about any issues, "player" failed to log-in at first, took almost 5 full minutes to get into the game, and when we finally get in the game, this player is completely afk for almost 5 minutes fully. After some time afk this "player" reconnnects and proceeds to use their abilities and dash in to die, over and over. I ask if Irelia needs help, no response, I see my team isn't playing well due to the int'ing Irelia, so I talk to my team and ask if we're done with the game 10 minutes in! That's not rare to happen, but I mean this "player" just went in, didn't make any effort to do anything but die. I feel like either this "player" is really new and knows absolutely nothing about the game, or this player just wanted to feed this game since they didn't bring any masteries or runes. I go and check the OP.GG and find this "player", only plays to feed. The winrate on this account is 40%. 8 wins, 12 losses, all with no runes or masteries and always takes the same skills, clarity and cleanse on every match. To me after seeing this, it has to be a bot. I just want someone at Riot to take a look at this and do something about these "players". They aren't beneficial to the game at all, they don't provide support or any help whatsoever. This was the worst match I've ever played since this "player" was either clearly just feeding or a bot. Once I got to the OP.GG, I learned it was the latter. Not trying to be rude or insensitive to new players, but this just seems like a bot playing every match. I'd rather not have these bots in my future games or in anyone else's.
