You are creating this toxicity with youre garbage level moderation in games, oooo you dont want to spend that much time moderating normals? I see so where can we level where its an even playing field? .... thats right no where.

Low level esperience is not that bad for new players.

It sucks for smurfs though. Why? Because they are able to detect who are smurfs and who are not with pretty good accuracy. So after a few games, you only get paired with smurfs if you are a smurf while non-smurfs stay free of most of them.

I state this due to a numerous amount of people (my brother included) who started playing relatively recently and they never seemed to have encountered these toxic smurfs in their games except maybe once or twice in their first few games. Yet on my smurf, it is all I see.

As for you stating about continuing to be a toxic person.... well, the way I look at it: we all know that being toxic to your teammates can reduce their performance and tilt them even more so if they made a mistake that you are bashing him or her about. It increases your chances of losing. Now, I like winning. I want to hit diamond by the end of June. So I will continue being nice to my teammates because if this game matters to me and I want to win, I have to.

low levels normal games are filled with toxic and rage quitters every single game, i know it cause i had to lvl up this account (i forgot my first account username password, i'm so dumb =/, RIP traditional karma/trundle, RIP judgement kayle)

the game only became fun, as i remembered from back then, when i was around lv 25-30

Yep and i had few games with smurfs while leveling this account,some of the smurfs i encountered, didnt really talk a lot. so nothing to complain except that the game will be carried by the smurf.

I really dont think that the OP wont face a lot of smurfs since they do vanish if your mmr doesnt get high enough.

IP address bans: Easily circumvented by dynamic IPs (just unplug your router), VPN/Proxies.
HWID ban: Easily circumvented also, HWID/MAC addresses are easily spoofed or, gasp, someone just buys a new NIC or piece of inexpensive hardware and now they have a totally 'new identity'.

There is literally no way to permanently ban a person from playing this game. If someone wants to get on badly enough, they will. Only thing you can do is keep banning accounts of the people that behave badly and hope that they will, eventually, get tired of making new ones.

You act like Riot has to magically fix all issues overnight. Guess what? They can't, no one can, these things take time to do. As for your claim that you'll continue to be a toxic jerk no matter what, keep in mind that Lower level accounts are judged much harsher than higher level accounts are for these kind of situations (i.e. players trying to get around their punishment via smurf accounts), so the more troll accounts you make the more troll accounts you'll get banned until you eventually wise up and actually change your behavior for the better or just up and leave the game. You're part of the problem if you're not helping solve them.

As for your question on Tyler1, he's a player who streamed league that got 20+ accounts permabanned for constantly violating the rules. More info about his indefinite ban can be found here.

no my last game before i got my little hiatus was a level 30 plat 5 nunu, you can look at my history. This was not the first game that we faced a complete uneven match.
