BOT accounts in ARAM

Hey guys, So recently I've gotten back into playing league every other day or so and am just playing aram for shits and giggles since its not as serious as normals on the rift. However there has been a rather annoying amount of run ins with accounts that seem to been bots. this has been frustrating since i want to play and have some fun, but having one of your five random champs not be helpful at all ruins the experience. Now i know there are times when people do preform well or are on a losing streak, but these individuals actions are clearly not human. i"d even try to communicate with them but get no response, or even ask the enemy team to report them and they'd just laugh and say fuck off since they're winning or that we're bad players. So i just wanted to hear from others whether they're running into this too and to try to spread the word so that riot ( who at times dont seem to listen) can probably fix this or even notice its a problem. I've heard things like adding an extra step like recaptha to logins or have players respond to something mid game every once in a while as solutions. honestly i'm down for anything as long as it can make this issue stop.
