Account being permanently banned because of using exploit

Im new to lol and recently got permanently ban because of using exploit. But the problem is I never use any exploit. The riot support do not provide any information to me. What can I do?

Add I did open the support ticket and the support tell me he will not tell me the context. And remain the decision. I have been playing the game normally as it should be played and never use any third party software. Anything else I can do???
