Make your game even

Ok so people like Tyler 1 and Jensen get perma banned. Except they get special treatment because they are pros or streamers. Therefore they get a second chance after being perm banned. Why shouldn't the rest of the community. People spend thousands on LoL but then one day a toxic person makes them retaliate and be toxic. So a person who made one mistake because of a troll gets perma banned and no chance to redeem themselves. Please make you game fairer
